Turn on PHP 5.3 by .htacess

In the case Host supported PHP 5.3++ can turn on .htaccess file.
Add follow this code to bottom .htaccess:
Action application/x-hg-php53 /cgi-sys/php53
AddType application/x-httpd-php53 .php
